Preparing for your visit

first time visit? CLEAN DRY STYLED HAIR is the best canvas unless directed otherwise. 

The perfect time to arrive is 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment.

We cannot take anyone who is more than 20% late for their scheduled appointment duration. Running later? please alert your stylist directly to cancel and reschedule.

All reservations will receive a reminder email/text 2 days prior to your visit, please confirm or make changes in a timely manner or more than 24 hours prior to scheduled visit.

 

Cancellation Policy

Habitat Beauty Co. requires that you reserve your appointment with a credit card on file.

24 hour cancelation policy
Please make all changes 24 hour prior to your reservation time using link sent by booking system confirmation email. After 24 hours you must contact Co.Operator directly to cancle.

Last Minute Changes, Cancellations and No Shows Will Be Charged 50% of total service booked.

No show policy
If you stand us up or no show to your consult or first appointment, your booking privileges can be revoked or denied.

Cancellation or Changes made with less than 24 hours are considered or equal to a No Show.
